Modong had driven Qin Youbei to school and didn't leave. Instead, he sat in the car, waiting for her to finish classes before taking her to the Nasiax Clubhouse.
The Nasiax Clubhouse was the most well-known beauty salon in the country. They offered a full range of services from hairstyles, facial makeup, clothing, accessories, to shoes.
Qin Youbei sat lazily on the chair, looking a bit tired. She had been getting her hair done for an hour now and it still wasn't finished. She was so sleepy, her eyes narrowing until she fell asleep. In a drowsy haze, she felt her hair being finished and then someone moving around her face.
She opened her eyes a few times in between, but before she could get a clear view of herself in the mirror, she closed them again, exhausted.
Two hours later, the stylist woke her up.
Qin Youbei opened her eyes and saw a girl who was both familiar and unfamiliar to her in the mirror.
