"No, Aiguo isn't that kind of person," Uncle Lu's voice trembled slightly without his realizing. He forcefully calmed himself and patted Aunt Lu's hand as he began to recall every detail of their recent meeting.
From the moment they met by the roadside, Aiguo hadn't acted strangely; even when everyone joked around in the car, Aiguo laughed heartily with them, clearly not seeming like someone who already knew. Otherwise, he wouldn't have been able to laugh so carefreely.
In the following days, everything was as usual.
"Aiguo definitely doesn't know yet," Uncle Lu finally concluded. If he had known, he couldn't have remained so composed.
"He still doesn't know?"
Aunt Lu, as if she found her mainstay, also began to carefully reminisce. The more she thought about it, the more she agreed that Aiguo really didn't seem like he knew. Uncle Lu was right. But, if he didn't know, he could act normally; what about after he learned the truth?
