"I've done nothing wrong, why would I be sent to prison?"
"Just because you say you're not at fault doesn't mean it's true; we have evidence that proves you are. Even if you don't admit it, your guilt has been established. Signing this document is just a formality which can help you get to court sooner, and if you have been wronged, you can appeal sooner. If you waste our time, you are the one who will suffer. Besides, we are a police station, not a court; we only handle arrests, not other matters. If you really refuse to sign, we will have no choice but to take you to prison for a while."
Another police officer spoke up indifferently, "You'd better sign it, the outcome will be the same either way. But if you sign, you can go to court sooner and file an appeal earlier."
