After finishing work at noon, An Yichen waited for Chen Zhi outside the hotel and took her to the An Family home.
The two of them thought of many strategies to cope with the situation on the way there, and felt much more at ease, ready to counter any move when the time came.

Chen Zhi's face bore a polite smile, "Uncle, Auntie, hello."
They eyed her with a look of disdain, their attitude very cold.
"Sit down, we'll be eating soon," An Yichen's mother said indifferently.
"Thank you, Auntie." Chen Zhi sat down cautiously. An Yichen felt dissatisfaction with his mother's attitude. He frowned slightly but refrained from lashing out.
