"Phew, Armorment!" Cadence took in a deep breath and screamed on top of his lungs. As if listening to his call the whole sky got covered by dark clouds no light penetrating them. A blinding light lit illuminating everything.
...
Mark woke up, he was laying in the middle of the forest and seen's scythe lay next to him. He sat upright and touched it then it immediately disappeared.
"Shit, what was that," Mark felt his head ache badly as if too much information flowed into his brain. For a moment there he thought he had reincarnated into another dimension but it wasn't it. was he watching seen's memories while experiencing them, was the sentence roaming through his head.
Mark got up and looked around the forest, he was still in the sword grounds. But just a part he hadn't explored;
"Hm, Armorment... Must be something really strong," he climbed the tallest tree he could find. After reaching the peak he confirmed that he was still in the sword grounds. Mark jumped back down;
"Only that one portal left in the sky. Hope Emily and Asami are alright," he started heading north. He wasn't in a hurry to check what was behind the portal, so long as seen was gone everything was going to be fine.
"The beasts not reappearing is worrisome," he felt slightly lonely right now. With no one or nothing to fight it was boring.
Multiple rays of light struck the ground from the sky. Mark got a little excited, the beasts were back.
"What type are these beasts?" Mark spoke aloud as he headed closer to a ray of light.
"This part of the sword grounds seems too suspicious... I'm wondering how much I haven't gone around this whole planet," Mark continued to mutter to himself.
The world the sword rains existed were now revealed to everyone on it to explore. Only a countable number was on this planet including the original inhabitance, the beasts.
"A human? I didn't dare to think of ending up in a human world when I decided to jump into the portal that Opened," Mark heard an elderly voice from behind him. He quickly turned around and got into a fighting stance.
"Who are you?" Mark questioned, he had no way of reading this being infront of him.
His eyes were looking at a being so perfect even when it looked to be in it's elderly state. Grey eyes, pointed ears, A little wrinkles on his face, white long hair that shined like the waves of water. He wore all white clothes, a big rob almost covering his white boots.
"Human, I mean you no harm," the creature spoke, it's voice as gentle as before.
"That's exactly what the first monster that tried to kill me said. Can't you be a little original?" Mark hurriedly lifted an arm behind him and his black scythe materialized in his hands.
"Your weapons, they seem to behold a dark story. But the man grasping it has a darker story," the creature spoke then a hallow aura enveloped the whole place.
"Are you one of the old men with fancy English thinking someone will believe them. Mark had definitely sensed the stronger aura, but he couldn't just bow to it, though the aura was demanding just that.
"And you human, are one of the dense few I have met. I revealed to you my intent, and yet you still not believe..."
"I am from a higher dimension, compared to yours that is. I am what you would call, god, " the creature declared as of it was s normal.
When mark heard this he suddenly began to use his brain. Everything he new about gods and god slayer automatically connected. He let his scythe disappear because he knew there was no chance of winning against this being.
"Realization hits harder than a pitcher, earth terms." The muttered skeptically.
"I am Mark, and you are?" Mark walked closer to the creature.
The beautiful humanoid creature hummed with closed eyes and spoke;
"Receon."
Mark found this name too unfamiliar, gods.
"Did dad slay such a being?" This question that arose in Mark's mind shouted how vast the gap between him and his father was. He had no option but accept defeat. He went on his knees and faced receon who stared at him in confusion.
For Receon, he had descended in a foreign world with a human in it. Humans were not the friendliest of creatures, but this human in front of him, with more than two dark stories connected to him seemed more righteous than any other human it had ever met.
He looked at mark confusion written all over his face. Why was this human bowing to him?
"You concede so quickly, Without putting up a fight at that. Are you really a human?" Receon asked.
"I am not conceding, I'm bowing down to acknowledge you as someone superior, a Master..." Mark said with all the humbleness he could master.
When Receon heard master he was Happy, but his smile faded away in seconds;
"I would gladly teach you another time," Receon made a blood like fluid appear in his hands. It floated on his arm like it was contained by an unseen container.
"So you won't teach," mark stood up but before he could dust his knees he watched as Receon disappear while the blood like fluid dissipated into mark.
Mark didn't feel anything so he began to wonder what sort of beasts responed this time. To him worrying about his friends was pointless because he had no idea where to start looking for them. Maybe they, left him like they did the last time. They should be safe, that's what he ached into his mind to feel reassured.
"Let me go north, and see what responed." He said to himself and began Walking north. He didn't sense an immerse energy, it should be fine to walk weaponless. His thoughts seemed to be right, the lights might not even be the beasts.
