Welly looked towards the counter where Sally had left bundles of seedlings, "Okay."
Before long, the seedlings sold out again.
Welly closed the shop and went to the Su's Tavern across the street.
Zulu was bustling around busily. Seeing him, he smiled and said, "These past few days, my customers have more than once asked if your bookstore is run by me. They've also been asking to buy Heavenly Materials and Earthly Treasures' seedlings."
"It was Sally's bad idea, taking off with the kids. How am I supposed to sell books in my store now?" Welly tied an apron around himself, automatically starting to help Zulu.
Zulu didn't stand on ceremony with him.
