SUSHI
1 : Preparing the sushi rice by cooking with sushi vinegar
2 : Place the seaweed in the sushi mat and put in the ingredients such as seafood ,fish and vegetables [as of your choice]
3 : Use the sushi mat to roll the nori into your desired shape ,then slice with a knife into bitable sizes , serve alongside with your desire flavor. Enjoy!!!
SOUFFLES
1 : Heat up the oven then take your egg break it, pour the white part [Abumen] into a bowl mix the abumen till it becomes foamy
2 : Mix the yolk with cheese or butter , add any flavoring of yours like spices. Fold the mixed egg yolk into the abumen you mixed and be cautious not to deflate the souffle.
3 : Pour the mixture into your baking dish then slide it into the oven and wait for 20-30 minutes till it bakes and coloured brown .
4 : Remove the souffle and serve as you wish.
CROISSANTS
1 : Prepare your dough by mixing the flour with the necessary ingredients.
2 : Knead the dough till it becomes smooth. Roll it out in your desired shape, place it a bowl and wait for it to rise
3 : Cut the dough in triangles and roll to get the croissant shape.
4 : place the shaped croissant dough into the baking dish and wait for 45 minutes before placing it in the oven so as for it to rise.
5 : Brush the shaped croissant dough with egg wash and place them in the oven wait for 30-40 minutes to be fully baked.
6 : Bring it out and serve . ENJOY!!!
PASTA
1 : Prepare your dough by mixing the flour with eggs and other ingredients.
2 : Knead the dough for 10 minutes with your hands .
3 : After kneading put it in an air tight contain for it to rise.
4 : Roll out the dough with the pasta machine and cut into your desired shape and sizes.
5 : Boil the pasta with water and add the necessary ingredients , after 10 minutes of cooking , drain the water and add sauce of your choice and serve. ENJOY !!!
