Synopsis
Can the transmigrated baby villain survive this crappy world until he reaches his 18th birthday so he can kill the protagonist? - Jay died. He woke up in the body of a baby, and he thought he was reborn with the memory of his past life. Then, the System happily told him that he transmigrated into an unpublished novel which he stole when he was alive, and he's the main villain called Kaon the Blood Prince, the most vicious superpower human to ever graced the Earth, yet the author didn't develop him very well. The only thing that Jay knows about Kaon is his superpower is using his opponent's blood to make rain. The system said his mission is to take down the protagonist Kade the golden boy. That's easy enough, the protagonist is nothing compared to Kaon in terms of sheer power, and Kaon won in the original work. If Jay completes his mission, he can be reborn in his original world. There's one tiny little problem: Kaon is a baby, barely one year old. He doesn't know where his parents are, but he's being taken care of by two people: an undead fifteen year old villain and a thirteen year old hero-traitor-to-be. None of them know how to hold a baby properly, let alone raise one in poverty. It seems like everything is out to kill the baby villain. Can he survive to adulthood? And why is everyone named Jay in here? - 1/3 of the book will be focused on the baby growing up into an adult, nightmare mode all the way. The romance will slowly engrave itself into the plot. - Warning: There will be gore and action movie fight scenes. If you're uncomfortable reading those, you can skip this book. - Special Chapters • Every 15th chapter: Excerpt from another world • Every 20th chapter: User 1's Interlude • Chapter 25, 33, 36: Villainous Parents' Misadventures _____ Yell at the author in the comments to get consistent updates.

Chapter 1 - 1: The Original Book

Our protagonist was screaming as the woman he loved exploded as she was hovering in thin air. Her ribcage was forced open, showing off her insides while the rest of her body covered in red, and her blood dripped up into the sky. Once she bleed dry, her lifeless body was dropped to the ground. Kade crawled towards the dry corpse of his fiancee, his lover, his partner in crime, his partner when he became a hero and his wife-to-be.

"Natalie!" Kade screamed in anguish as he held the lifeless body. His blonde hair was sticking to his forehead, and his blue eyes shot out tears. He never expected things to end like this; he had thought of cradling his lover to her last breath, but that's reserved for when they're old and wrinkled, holding each other in their arms in a hospital somewhere.

Not like this. She was killed by the scum villain Kaon the Red Rain.

"Give up, golden boy." A raspy voice mocked him from far away.

A man with long jet black hair, wearing nothing but a pair of sweat pants and slippers provided by the prison guard, sat down on a throne made of the bodies of his victims which he bent to his desire while they were alive and still had flesh and blood. Now, they're nothing but dry husks of flesh, braided together into a throne. Those dry husks of flesh were once people, superheroes who protected the world, now they're nothing but a stepping stone for the scum villain.

The prison guard failed, and the villain escaped. Kaon raised hell throughout the city, no heroes, no villains were safe. The superheroes did all they could to stop him while the villains did their best to run away only for their bodies to be drained of blood.

Kade put his lover down one last time, and he wiped the tears off his eyes. A drop of liquid fell on his head, then another. He didn't have to look up to see that the liquid was red. Kaon was called Red Rain for a reason, he drained his opponents of blood and let their blood come back down on the Earth as rain.

As red soaked his midnight blue super suit, Kade looked up at the sky and screamed. He unleashed all of his power into unearthing the very ground he was standing on.

Buildings began crumbling, and a raspy laugh was heard from the scum villain as he watched the protagonist go undone. The villain wanted Kade the Golden Boy, the heroes' public face, to feel the pain that the scum villain went through. With all his loved ones killed, his life turned upside down and killing the only woman he loved was enough to break him.

An entire ten floor building was thrown at the villain while he was laughing, and the villain didn't even flitch as he propelled himself up to escape the collision.

"Die, you bastard!" Kade shouted as he threw buildings, cars and trees at the villain. Rage blinded the protagonist, and all he wanted was revenge.

Kaon was beyond revenge, so he only watched in amusement as the protagonist destroyed the city he swore to protect. Kade was a young man with so much potential, a young man whom people looked up to with awe in their eyes. Those same people were now looking at him in fear as he pointed at their car. The car was lifted up off the ground and thrown towards the villain who easily dodged the attack.

Every living thing is made up of water, and Kaon knew how to use water well. As soon as he caught sight of some other superheroes in the distance, he snapped his finger. The water inside of those weaklings moved out of their flesh, vein by vein, draining them of their blood to increase the rain.

Finally, while the villain was distracted with the other heroes, the protagonist launched himself at him, holding the villain by his throat.

Compared to the protagonist, the villain was skin and bones, tall with porcelain skin contrasting elegant long black hair. His purple eyes didn't blink, and his lips were wearing a permanent grin. Kaon was only nineteen, and yet he's already gone too far to be saved.

"You monster..." Kade squeezed the scum villain's throat. "I will make you suffer like you—"

The protagonist's hands were chopped off. The villain laughed louder, as he kicked Kade off himself. Kaon knew how to use water well, and when water is sprayed at such a fast speed, water pressure with a string can cut through steel. Even the super suit was no match for water.

"Bye, bye, golden boy." The villain pointed his index finger at the protagonist as red rain soaked them both. Kade screamed as he felt his blood being taken out of his body, drop by drop.

The sky cleared when the protagonist fell to the ground. Debris of what remained of the city laid around him, and the villain stopped laughing. All of the superheroes were killed, so were the villains. Anyone who was born with superpowers was personally murdered by the scum villain himself.

In the end, Kaon achieved what he wanted: Peace.

Jay sighed, and he slammed the laptop shut. In the next second, he threw the laptop out the hospital window. The glass shattered upon impact, and he could hear the laptop flying down the building until it crashed on the street below. It's not his laptop anyway. Before he was hospitalized for the fourth time this year, he stole the laptop from one of his cousins who happened to be an author. Well, this book sucked, so Jay was doing his cousin a favor by throwing away the draft.

"Kaon the Red Rain, his name was pronounced "Ka'on", such a ridiculous name. How did the author even come up with that? If it's pronounced "Ka'on", then why not write it as Ka'on and not just Kaon? This is beyond words..." Jay laid his head back on the pillow. "The villain also wins at the end. Sucks to be the protagonist. What else...? Oh, world building sucks, too!"

Jay complained himself to sleep. Complaining was a good way to distract himself from the fact that every single muscle in his body was hurting, and his only wish was to die. He's only eighteen, and he was cursed with an incurable disease. Maybe one day his family can let him go, and he'll find peace in the darkness.

---

Jay found peace in the darkness. However, all good things must come to an end. He woke up from his dreamless slumber to frantic whispers between two people. For once in a long time, Jay felt warmth all around him, as if he was being hugged by his parents who never cared about him.

Slowly, he opened his eyes, and what he saw made him scream. He's no longer in the hospital room, no white curtains nor a broken window where he threw the laptop. Instead, he's in the arms of a girl in her teens, holding like he's a baby doll with his head on her breasts and her arms supporting his body.

The ceiling and walls were different, too. Instead of the white walls and popcorn ceiling of the private hospital room, Jay was faced with an oil lamp hanging from the creaky wood ceiling, threatening to fall on him any minute now. Also, the walls were more of a tent than actual walls, with zippers and pieces of fabric sewn together to make a covering. One of the zippers was opened like a door, and a man with almond tanned skin and jet black hair was halfway inside.

The man was probably whispering to the girl before Jay woke up screaming. Talking about screaming, his voice isn't his. It took him a solid minute before he realized that the baby wailing was himself.
