For what felt like a few minutes but was actually just a few milliseconds, Andrew felt like his whole world was drowned by a flood of bright light.
It was like, all of a sudden, he was dumped into the epicenter of the sun.
The smoldering heat, the illuminating light, they were supposed to be a source of comfort from the sun but at this moment, Andrew only felt resentment.
He didn't have the time to think much, only few thoughts dominated his head as his world was engulfed by a flash of bright light.
'Why?'

He was angry.
And then, the Light Mech exploded.

For a moment, at the highway leading from the Philadelphus District to the next nearby district in the Vemido Kingdom, it was like a bomb was detonated.
The eruption of fire exploded in a mushroom shape right on the highway, quickly followed by a devastating eruption of heat.
