"Good morning, class!"
Miss Minchin's sudden entrance caught everyone's attention as she walked into the room without us even noticing.
"I have good news for all of you," she announced cheerfully.
"I spoke with the principal, and he gave me permission to use the arena today. We're going to have a mock battle, but it won't be an ordinary one. This time, it'll be a test of strength only."
The room fell silent, as if her words hadn't quite sunk in yet for most of us.
"What do you mean, Miss? Are you saying that even the use of weapons is forbidden?" Levi asked.
"Yes," Miss Minchin confirmed. "Only physical strength will be allowed."
A few murmurs broke out among my classmates. The idea of mock battles without using any abilities seemed strange to them. After all, they had come to this university to strengthen their abilities, not to test their physical strength alone.
