I glanced over at the acting leader of the Air Clan guys when he suddenly laughed.
He looked at me with disdain, but there was an annoying grin on his face. "I thought it was someone strong who attacked me, but it turns out it was just you, Ms. Wood. You really have the guts, just like the rumors say—you dare to challenge us even though you're all alone."
He stood up, his gaze shifting to his companions and the two other students who had been working solo earlier. "Did you know the system gave the five of us a mission?"
If he's talking about the system, then it must have already alerted them about my new mission.
The so-called leader slowly approached me, casually brushing the dirt off his clothes as if nothing had happened, before glancing at his two companions from the Air Clan.
