Barbie had only simply bumped into Lily when the latter decided to take it the wrong way, treating her with no mercy.
If it wasn't Barbie, Lily might have let it slide, but recognizing her as the girl she had seen with Paula, she decided to make an example of her.
"Oh, I see you've grown wings," Lily said harshly, her breathing heavy as she fumbled with her phone in her bag. She let out a cry of frustration when she couldn't find it. "You are dead today!"
"Dead?! I hope you meant that for yourself," Paula retorted, rolling her eyes angrily. She went to Barbie, who was still sitting on the floor, drenched in alcohol.
Barbie stood up, motioning for Paula to not create a scene. If it weren't for the venue, Barbie wouldn't have put up with this.
She had been shocked when she bumped into Lily and had apologised immediately, but she hadn't expected Lily to push her away and then humiliate her.
