Gong Heng and Qin Yu finished their discussion and, upon exiting, Gong Heng was greeted with a delightful scene.
Mu Mian and Yun Chunxue were seated at the dining table enjoying a meal, seemingly engaged in a pleasant conversation.
As Gong Heng emerged, his gaze fell on Mu Mian's soft smile, warming his heart instantly. He approached her and tenderly stroked her sleek hair, "What are you talking about that's making you so happy?"
Mu Mian smiled gently, "Nothing much, just some childhood memories. Brother, Sister Chunxue said she's scared and would like to sleep with me tonight, and I agreed."
Gong Heng was taken aback and looked into her clear eyes, which twinkled mischievously, and he smiled helplessly.
Of course, he knew what she was thinking. She had just been injured today, and he wouldn't touch her at this moment.
