The door was being banged on so loudly it could deafen someone, as if any moment now, if it wasn't opened, it would be broken down.
Mo Qiansu and Bei Yiyi were both startled.
"Qiansu, I'll stay in the room, I'll go check it out!"
Bei Yiyi quickly grabbed an electric weapon for self-defense from under the bed and dashed out of the bedroom, "Who are you? What are you doing hitting my door? Are you sick?!"
There was silence outside the door for a few seconds before the knocking resumed, quieter than before, "Hurry up and open the door, I'm looking for Mo Qiansu!"
"Who are you?!"
"Her man! Open the damn door!!" Gu Xuanye was out of patience.

Mo Qiansu heard his voice from outside and before she could tell Bei Yiyi not to open the door, Gu Xuanye had already entered, his gaze swiftly sweeping over the room before striding towards the bedroom.
In that moment, Bei Yiyi stood frozen at the door, staring blankly at the person outside.
