Yue Lan, Xue Xiaoying, and Miaomiao shared a room, which happened to be next to Jiayi and Tang En'en's.
The three of them also noticed Jiayi on the adjacent balcony and were momentarily startled.
Miaomiao was still polite enough to greet her, "Jiayi, you're staying next door."
However, Yue Lan and Xue Xiaoying wore a look of cool detachment, as if they hadn't seen her at all, saying to Miaomiao, "Are you that idle?"
Then they went inside.
Tang En'en took note of this and, upon entering the room, tentatively asked, "Are those three your colleagues in the secretarial department?"
Jiayi nodded helplessly.
Tang En'en couldn't help it, "I've long heard that the secretarial department at headquarters is the proudest because they have direct contact with the CEO, shareholders, and senior management, but do they have to ostracize you like this?"
