"Teacher Cheng, there's no need for you to trouble yourself," An Hao said, feeling embarrassed to impose.
"It's no trouble. The sunshine is unusually lovely today, and I was planning to take a stroll anyway," Cheng Yu replied.
Since that was the case, An Hao didn't insist any further.
Teacher and student descended from the building, chatting and laughing together.
From a distance, Qin Jian saw An Hao's figure and slowly walked towards her.
An Hao waved to Qin Jian and turned to say goodbye to Cheng Yu. Before she could speak, Cheng Yu asked, "Is that your husband?"
"Yes," An Hao nodded. "You must find it amusing, Teacher Cheng, he just so happens to have a day off today, so he came along with me."
"A soldier!" Cheng Yu said meaningfully. "Is it very tough to be a military spouse?"
"It's okay." An Hao rarely shared too much about her life with her husband with strangers.
Given Qin Jian's popularity, she always had to be vigilant.
