Scarlett's POV…
The autopsy result was handed to Axel and he began to read through, we were already at the pack's hospital discussing with his pack doctor.
"She was stabbed with a silver sword, but there's something so strange that we noticed Alpha." The doctor suddenly said and we paid attention to what he was about to say.
He sounded like he had something very delicate and important to say.
"What is that?"
"Her heart is missing," the doctor suddenly said as we both gasped in shock.
"What did you just say?" Axel suddenly yelled and I gulped.
"Her heart is missing but that place was already closed up, the flesh covering her heart was still intact. We had to open her chest with a scalpel before we noticed that her heart was missing, that's the strangest thing Alpha."
The doctor said and my eyes bulged immediately, what the hell?
