After making sure Scarlett drifted to sleep, I placed her head on a soft pillow and covered her well with the duvet.
I could still remember everything to me a few minutes ago, it's so shocking I had to believe but I know she is telling the truth.
She can't just fabricate the whole explanation, the fear and serious look in her eyes showed that she wasn't lying.
I am literally speechless, so Mira does all that to my mate behind my back? Scarlett must-have felt so scared, I knew she wasn't alright during that time she was having a hard time with Mira but she kept all to herself, she must have felt helpless and clueless.
How dare Mira? Who the hell does she think she is?
I stared at Scarlett's innocent face and smiled lightly, she is the reason I smile all the time.
Just a stare at her beautiful face melted me completely, I took her hands and exhaled sharply.
