"Speaking of Oz, why hasn't he shown himself yet?"
Niard whispered as he watched Tala, who was asking him to get off the ship. The atmosphere of the planet Isis was devoid of gravity, surrounded by thick clouds as solid as rocks floating above, while beneath them were partially frozen waters.
"Alright, I'm coming,"
Niard said as he descended. As soon as his feet touched those floating clouds, he felt his heart stop, as if he'd had a heart attack. His breathing became difficult, and his vision blurry.
He couldn't reactivate the basic functions of the system. Something was interfering with him. "Wait, why is Tala smiling like that?"
He whispered as he squinted his left eye, struggling to inhale more air but in vain. A sharp headache in the left half of his head made him unable to focus.
Tala approached him with her alluring steps, walking like a model at her last retirement party. She lifted Niard's chin and said, "Are you in pain?"
