He leaned his head back, taking a deep breath, running his fingers through his hair, and said, "Sorry, Tala, for not joining you for dinner." His gaze was dark, as if staring at a monster—or rather, at the enemy who had destroyed everything for him.

"As I was telling you, Dracul, this boy is stronger than anyone I've ever known, and his men are responsible for the assassination of the Fourth Governor of the galaxy," Jack spoke, hearing a growl from the beast standing before him, with muscles and a body as solid as steel, eyes glowing with fire, and steam escaping from his ears. He was at the peak of his fury.

Dracul despised it when anyone else was praised in his presence, especially if it was an enemy. He had crushed half of Jack's commanders with a single blow. The black energy surrounding him was that of someone invincible.
