"Alright, provide me with weekly reports on the progress of the weapons. I'll support you with some blueprints and data," Niard said, concluding his routine tour inside his mothership. It usually took him three nights to finish his tour. He had sent Misa and the magic users' division to train in a vacuum dimension with excellent simulations of some of the dangerous areas of the former universe.
Niard walked until he entered his room. Tala was still asleep, usually waking up, having her meal, staring out the window, and going back to sleep. This had been her routine for the past month, and naturally, it worried Niard greatly.
"Is there anyone you want to see?" Niard asked. Tala looked at him sadly and then turned her gaze away. Niard nodded in understanding and slowly patted her head. He didn't stay with her for long before leaving, allowing her to return to her depressive rituals.
