"Damn you! Eisley! You're mine, fucking mine alone, you bitch!"
Eisley arrived at Irwin's mansion, and the door opened for her, she got down staring at the huge building.
Three ladies walked out of the building, they were young, pretty but they were dressed as maids. They approached her, and bowed as they stopped in her presence.
"They would be your guide for now, you are not allowed to visit me until I request for your presence, if you need anything, let them know. Also, Grace would be here soon,"
"Hold on, I didn't, this isn't," Eisley turned in his direction, but the ladies held her back.
"This way," they said, she looked at Irwin who didn't even look at her.
As soon as she was gone. Irwin looked at his secretary, Robert.
"Look into her, I want everything details about her," he ordered.
"Yes sir," Robert replied, but paused before questioning. "Why did you go back for her?"
Irwin looked at Robert, blinked slowly. "Because,"
The next day, Eisley woke up, this was the first night she had slept so peacefully, no noise, no snoring or unnecessary complain. She turned to the other side of the bed, checking the time, it was way past in the afternoon. She immediately jumped off the bed, and running out of the room.
"Oh my, Miss Eisley?" The name rang a bell in her head, she stopped, looked at the gentle voice that called her. When last was she addressed as Miss Eisley rather than Mrs Sawyer.
Eisley turned around. It wasn't any of the ladies from last night, she was older, chubby, sandy skin, brown hair and her beautiful Amber eyes stared at her kindly.
"I am Grace. I heard Mr Kent had brought a lady home, I didn't believe it," Eisley blinked, gulping carefully.
Grace looked at her head to toe, her hair was in a messy ponytail, she wore a large t-shirt, and no slipper. Eisley curled her feet noticing Grace was staring at them.
"Grace, you already know my name. Do you know where I can find Mr Kent?"
"Oh, he is in his study, he wouldn't want to be disturbed. Let's get you something to eat," Grace said, walking past her. She walked for a while before realising that Eisley wasn't following her, she cursed, running after her.
Eisley had followed Grace hand direction, and she approached a huge door. She gasped, sizing it. She couldn't find the handle, it had no handle, so she kicked it, the door opened, and Eisley fell to the floor on her side, she groaned as her bruises were still aching.
Eisley turned around, and froze. Goosebumps crawled her skin, her feet shuffled backwards.
She stared at the men in the room and found Magnus sitting beside Robert, and Irwin on the single chair. On the table were guns, huge and small ones.
Irwin sighed, reclining on the chair. "Get out," Eisley trembled turned around to leave, but the men got up, including Magnus and Robert leaving the office.
Eisley's eyes met Magnus, she could tell he wasn't happy to see her. If gaze could kill, she would have dropped dead.
The door banged closing, Eisley hiccupped, frightened to turn around. But she summoned courage, turning around.
"I'm sorry, I— shit, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to barge in,"
"I guess you didn't get my warning the last time, cupcake," Eisley's eyes shut open.
Her mouth twitched, she had forgotten to defend herself once she heard the word he called her.
"Speak," Irwin spat.
"I wanted to talk to you about something, I didn't know you were," she glanced at the guns on the table, "Busy,"
Irwin got up, and walked towards her. "Dress up, we have somewhere to be,"
He said, about to leave, but Eisley held his arms, stopping him from leaving.
"I wanted to tell you something,"
"What's that?" He looked at her hands around his.
"I want to divorce my husband," she said. Irwin smiled and then laughed.
"That was quick, why? Do you feel safe here?" Irwin asked. Eisley looked at the guns back at him. "Don't worry, I won't harm you,"
Irwin wrapped his hands around her waist, staring at her. His seagreen eyes darted around her face, her body felt so soft in his arms. He gently let go of her, the feel of her body caused a strange reaction.
"Let's discuss that on our way out," Irwin said, and opened the door. He stopped, seeing his men including Magnus in front. Eisley bumped into him, she looked up and found Magnus glaring at her. She pinched Irwin's suit hiding behind him, and he side glanced at her.
"Sir," Robert called.
"That's enough for today, Robert, prepare the car," Irwin said. He looked at Eisley who was beside him, "I have an important place to be, and Oh, make sure you all attend the party tomorrow,"
"Yes sir!" They chorused.
"Oh my! Mr Kent, I am so sorry, I didn't know when she left," Grace apologised. Eisley bit her lower lips, staring at her.
He took a deep breath, and moved away from Eisley. "Do you job properly, Grace, I wouldn't hesitate next time,"
Grace bowed, "Thank you, Sir, thank you," she grabbed Eisley rushing out of his presence.
Irwin took out a cigarette and headed to the living room. He lit it, exhaling the smoke, sighing heavily.
"What do you want, Magnus," Irwin asked, looking back at him.
Magnus bowed. "I'm sorry to interrupt you, Sir,"
Irwin exhaled, chuckling. "Is this about your wife?"
Magnus looked at him, he immediately fell to his knees. "Forgive me, but she is all I have, I can't lose her, I love her so much, please let her come back to me,"
Irwin arched his head backwards, staring at the ceiling ass the smoke he exhaled covered his vision. "She wants a divorce,"
Silence covered the room, Irwin sat up, looking at Magnus. He looked totally confused, still on his knees.
"My wife is still very young and naive,"
"Is she? She seems very bold and wise to me," Irwin replied, "She's my type," he bit his lower lips with a smirk in a sickening manner that made Magnus fume.
Irwin took a smoke, "She's very beautiful, and her body is so soft." They maintained eye contact, but Irwin smiled. "However, she is the one who insist on staying, like I said, she plans to divorce you, and I have no other choice but to give her everything she desires,"
Magnus shook angry, his eyes blinked countless times, darting around the room.
"This is why you should treat women softly as they are, they can't take too much hardship. They aren't meant for that,"
"Sir, please, Eisley is my whole life, I promise she would never bug you,"
Irwin turned off the cigarette, "fifteen report of domestic abuse and yet, every officer dismissed it. Why? Because you paid everyone of them, pretending you only disciplined her. Now, I see why she searched for someone more powerful," Irwin said under his breath.
"Mr Kent, I have served you for years, you can't do this to me, not my wife, I'll do anything for you,"
"Can you cook for me?" Irwin asked, "Or can you please me? What to do? She offered those,"
Magnus hands formed a fist beside him, so hard that his nails dug into his skin.
The door opened, and Eisley stepped out in a sleeveless top, and long white skirt.
"You'll do fine to work as my assistant, I wouldn't hesitate to end you if I sense any betrayal from you," Irwin smiled, "is that clear?"
"Yes, Mr Kent."
Irwin sighted Eisley looking all timid, and gorgeous in the white matching set she wore. He could understand why Magnus was reluctant at letting her go.
"One more thing," Irwin said, getting up. "From today, you must address her as Madam, she's your boss and I won't tolerate any disrespect,"
"I told Grace not to do too much, but she insisted," Eisley tuck her hair behind her ears. Her eyes met Magnus and she froze, and looked at Irwin.
"Ahhh, we just had a brief conversation, there is no need to feel scared, he is only my assistant, if you need something,"
"No, I don't," Eisley said before Irwin could finish.
She blinked, flickering her thumbs together. Irwin walked away, and she immediately followed up.
They walked outside the building, heading towards the car, Robert held the car door for Irwin but he helped Eisley into the car, taking the other side.
As Irwin entered the car, Eisley reached to him. "Where are we going?"
"Shopping," Irwin said and leaned closer, causing Eisley's breath to seize. He pulled the seatbelt, helping her buckle it, he reclined backwards.
The car drove off. An hour later, they arrived at a big mall, parking at the front. The car door immediately opened, and Irwin got out. Eisley got out, staring unbelievable at the tall building.
"Why do you need to go far to shop?"
"None of your business," Irwin replied, taking her hands.
"Mr Kent, its an honour to see you," A woman in cooperate black suit, rushed towards him. Two younger women followed behind her.
"Is it?" Irwin stopped, Eisley paused behind him.
"Do you need space? I can empty the mall for you,"
"No, not today, give her anything she wants," He ordered, gently pulling Eisley closer.
"Sir?" She questioned, and looked at Eisley. "Her?" Her tilted her head, staring confused.
"Do I need to repeat myself, Director Chase?" She bowed, escorting the way.
Eisley slowed her steps, and turned to Irwin. "I don't need anything, this isn't what we talked about, I don't need clothes to cook,"
Irwin stopped, "But you need them to please me, besides, I don't want you looking so unkept serving me, don't forget you wanted to be my sex toy, anything remember?"
"But—"
Irwin leaned closer, bending to her height, kissed her cheek, staring behind her. "You're also my dish, cupcake," he moved away, walking past her.
Eisley flushed, her gaze found Magnus looking very unhappy. She turned around, trying to keep up with Director Chase.
Ten minutes later in a private room, Irwin had taken it upon himself to shop since Eisley hesitated.
"From here to here, everything,"
"No," Eisley muttered.
"How about this, Mr Kent, its the latest Lendi bag, only three were made,"
"Onky three? Where is the rest?"
"Oh," the lady looked at Director Chase.
"I have one, Sir, and the other a lady just bought it," Director Chase replied, pointing at the corner where the lady paid.
"I want all, get it," He said. Irwin looked at Eisley she stared at him, stunned to speak. "Do you need me to shop your underwear too?"
Eisley immediately shook her head, her lips twitching. Irwin's phone rang, he got up, taking it. Immediately he got up, he fell back down on Eisley's body.
"Mr Kent!" Everyone including Robert, Magnus and Director Chase rushed towards him. Eisley held him as he tried to slip out of her body, but she felt something wet so she looked at her hands, there was blood.
Irwin coughed, and blood poured out of his mouth. Eisley panicked, staring petrified.
Her eyes widened at the realisation, and her heart raced. Everything was blaring to her ears, she had no idea when a hand had pulled her, and when they got into a car, driving off.
Minutes later, they arrived at the mansion. Eisley was still staring at her hands covered in blood when she realised that they were at the mansion instead of the hospital.
"Get a grip, Eisley!" Magnus grabbed her hands, shaking her. Everything happened too fast, it was impossible to process.
"What are you doing? Take him to the hospital, why are you bringing him back home,"
"Damn you," Magnus spat. "Come with me,"
"No! No! He can't die! No!" Tears sprang out of her eyes, but Magnus pulled her to a corner.
He slammed her against the wall, "Why? Do you think he would save you?"
"Did you do this?"
"Divorce?" Magnus said instead. Eisley froze, staring at him, her eyes wide open. Her heart hurt from racing, everything had finally soaked in. "You ungrateful bitch, how dare you!" He raised his hands to hit her.
