Chapter 22 - THE DEVIL'S PRESENCE

A loud bang echoed through the forest, causing every bird to scatter in fear. Eisley glanced around the large acres of empty land with nothing but just a table for placing guns, a target board, and two comfortable chairs. She wasn't allowed to sit.

itEisley gulped as Irwin walked towards her with a rimfire rifle gun, smiling as he handed it to her.

Eisley yelped, staring at the gun, forced into her arms. Her gaze shifted to Irwin beside her.

"Your turn," he said, not even taking a glance at her. His arms folded across his chest, and his gaze focused on the target board.

"Aren't you going to teach me?" Eisley asked softly.

"I am, I taught you how to pull a trigger and fire, isn't it?"

"That was a different gun. Besides, I wasn't ready. You—"

"Then you aren't ready?" Irwin asked. Eisley immediately raised the gun, positioning it in a comfortable way to fire.

"I'd appreciate it if you supported me," Irwin smiled, impressed by those determined eyes staring at the target board.

A cold air brushed against Eisley's skin as she felt Irwin behind her, almost covering the gap between them. Her gaze searched around the empty land, unable to focus on the target board.

Her breath seized as soon as his face was closer to hers.

"I don't bite, pumpkin," Irwin's calm voice sent shivers, Eisley bit her lower lips, and closed her left eyes, ready to target. But her uneven breath and Irwin's hands around her arms made it impossible to focus. Irwin's face had an evil smirk. He smirked even harder when he heard a soft throaty moan escape from her plum lips.

He brought his face closer to her ears, whispering to her as he opened his mouth to speak a creaking noise interrupted, causing Irwin to move Eisley's arms towards the unsettling noise.

Now, the gun was facing Magnus, who had a startling gaze fixed on Eisley.

"Look, it's a prey, cupcake. What are you going to do?" His calm voice sounded too alluring at deceitful, too tempting like the devil speaking. He was the devil she desired.

"This," Irwin continued, clicking the gun and getting ready to fire. Eisley's eyes followed his hands as he set the gun. Her eyes darted at Magnus and Irwin's hand movement.

"What are you doing?" Eisley asked, her blood pumping too fast and her heart racing uncontrollably.

"Helping you get rid of a pest," Irwin said, leaning closer, and his lips grazed her cheek. "Isn't that why you want to learn?"

Eisley and Magnus's eyes were locked in each other, while Irwin's gaze focused on her plum red lips while she bit her lips aggressively. Irwin's smile widened when Eisley frowned in concentration.

"That's it. Think about the one you hate the most. There, cupcake."

Eisley breathed heavier, and she gulped uncountlessly. Her eyes shut, and she fired the gun, her feet moved, causing her to close the gap between her body and Irwin's body. His arms wrapped around her waist, holding her firmly as her tensed body relaxed. Eisley's eyes opened, but Magnus had lowered his head, either way. She missed her shot. Magnus's eyes held disdain and anger.

"That's enough for today, cupcake," Irwin said, taking the gun from her and letting go of her.

Eisley's eyes neither shifted from Magnus's bloodshot eyes.

"What is it, Magnus?" Irwin asked. Magnus shifted his gaze towards Irwin.

He took a deep breath before asking. "What would you like for breakfast?" with his hands behind him.

"Are you hungry?" Irwin asked Eisley, but she shook her head, looking away from Magnus. "That's all. Ready the helicopter. We would be going home,"

There was a dramatic silence until his words sank into Eisley's brain. "What? Home? No, I haven't progressed."

"Magnus?"

"Yes, sir, on it." He said and walked away.

"You said you would teach me,"

"I have a lot to do, Eisley. We are going home,"

"And me? What about me?" Eisley questioned, glaring at Irwin, who packed up not paying attention to her.

"Why are you asking me about that?" His brows rose, and Eisley glared at him speechlessly in silence until she heard the helicopter come closer.

The wind became harsh. Eisley moved away, covering her eyes to take a look at the copter landing, Irwin grabbed the rimfire rifle bag, carefully packaged.

"Come on," he said, but the sound of the helicopter was too loud, Eisley rolled her eyes, understanding and refusing to move an inch.

Irwin walked closer to her. "You either walk with those feet, or I have my men drag you into the chopper," his gaze bore a warning look.

Eisley looked sideways and noticed Morgan walking towards them. She gulped heavily, forcing a smile.

"You wouldn't."

"Don't mess with me, Cupcake, I don't have time for your little whine," Irwin said, staring deeply into her eyes. "Morgan?"

"I can walk! I would!" She yelled, eyeing Irwin and walking past him. Morgan walked past her, taking the bag from Irwin, while he walked behind her. As Eisley arrived at the helicopter, Magnus stretched his hands, offering to help her in.

Eisley looked around and found Irwin behind, talking to Robert. Their eyes met for a brief second before Magnus's hands rested on hers, helping her in.

Eisley sat there, still while Magnus helped buckle her belt, putting her in place. Soon, Irwin joined.

A vase shattered on the floor, and a deep scream followed. Magnus held the table furiously, glaring at the empty table, while Cecily sat on the floor, panting as if she had just finished running a marathon.

"You're home early," she said, carefully, holding her legs tight against her chest.

Magnus looked at her, and his anger flared. Cecily moved backwards, but it was impossible to as she was against the wall.

"I ha- haveee– a p- lan, a plan to get Eisley back," Cecily stammered, her eyes darted around, frightened as Magnus's feet moved towards her

"A plan?" Magnus paused, staring at her.

"Yes, a plan. Eisley claims she left because you were unkind to her. Why don't you show lots of attention, care, love, and softness?" She gulped, panicking as she spoke.

Magnus moved closer, but Cecily continued even louder.

"I can also be friends with her. I have it all in my mind, if you treat her how you want to, then, she might change her mind, tell her you have forgiven her for the debt, and I'll apologise, we have to be patient,"

"Patient? Does it look like I want to be patient!" Magnus yelled, raising his hands.

"You have to! That's the only way you can get her to want you, show her all the wrongs Irwin has done, tell her how dangerous he is, too. You can start by buying her flowers, gifts, and chocolates, writing sweet notes to her, and offering to be closer to her. Your presence every day might trigger her emotions for you. I, too, can help. I can try to be friends, why don't you also try making her jealous too?"

"Are you insane? Do you want Irwin to have my head for dinner?"

"No, it's a fair game since he took your girl from you. I heard the ladies around saying that one of the ladies that Irwin took as his own eventually went back to her husband, and he killed her. You can do the same," Cecily said, but Magnus frowned instead. "Meaning, there's a chance you could win Eisley back, and once you do, you finally marry her and have her as yours. You get to completely tame her."

Magnus's eyes darted around, leaving Cecily completely anxious. Was he going to take her plan? This would be enough time for her to escape or enough time for him to win Eisley so she can have Irwin.

"And how sure are you?" Magnus asked.

"Very sure, you can do whatever you like with me if this fails. All I need is six months,"

"Six?" Magnus's eyes flared. Cecily gulped, shaking her head.

"Yea- Yeah. Maybe— I," her eyes darted around Magnus's face as the veins on his forehead bulged out.

"Isn't six months too much, Cecily? Do you think I am that patient?"

"Five then? You need to convince Eisley. To beat Irwin, who is a billionaire and a gang leader, you need time, it isn't something you rush, if you do, Irwin would have you— us, for breakfast," Cecily rushed before Magnus could get any closer.

There was a heavy silence accompanied by shaky breaths as they stared at each other. And Cecily hoped he would agree. Five months was enough to execute her plans still.

"Five months?" Magnus sighed heavily, and a small smirk slowly crept into Cecily's chapped lips.

She nodded impatiently.

Magnus looked at her. "Fine, do what you have to do, I'll do my part, okay?"

Cecily's smirk turned into a widened smile. "Yes, I will. I will make sure not to disappoint you," she bowed, staring at the floor. Suddenly, Magnus's hands gripped her hair, pulling her up, her knees weakened as she got up, and his hand forcefully wrapped around her neck, choking her slightly.

"On your knees, before I get Eisley back, you are my toy, you get that?" His eyes brimmed with evil. Cecily nodded, and Magnus forced her on her knees and hurriedly began to unbuckle his belt. Once he was done, his shaft sprang out, hard and strong. Cecily looked up at him, singing in her head.

It would soon be over, but her song was short-lived as Magnus forced himself into her mouth.
