"Shyva," Vakiyv raced toward her, but she barked, "Stay back." She rubbed away the trickle of blood from her lips. Vakiyv frowned, dismissing her spiteful look. "I didn't mean to attack you. I was caught in my anger and feel sorry about it." He knelt down and stopped her kicking legs from sending him sprawling on the ground. His hands were wrapped tightly around her right leg, then her left leg aimed for his face, but Vakiyv grabbed it and lowered her powerful limbs. "Stop this," his stern voice irritated her. "Be still, I'll heal you." When he found she wasn't resisting, he released her leg.
