His mind was still racing, the weight of the battle and the implications of what he had faced pressing heavily on his thoughts. He had no time to waste—he needed to warn the residents of Toraz town and prepare his Mana Knights for the dangers that lay ahead.
Wallace hurried back towards the town, his steps quick and determined. As he approached the gates, he saw Mendez and a few other knights standing watch. Their faces were etched with concern as they caught sight of him, noting the state he was in. Mendez immediately stepped forward, his eyes scanning Wallace for injuries.
