Wallace suddenly remembered something that had been nagging at the back of his mind. Turning to Gideon, he asked, "Gideon, what's the latest activity in the Crawler Forest? Has there been any significant change?"
Gideon's expression shifted slightly, as if he had been waiting for this question. "Yes, sir. The Crawler Forest has undergone quite a transformation while you were away. The crawler creatures have completely disappeared."
Wallace raised an eyebrow. "Disappeared? What do you mean?"
Gideon nodded. "Exactly that, sir. They vanished without a trace. But that's not all. In their absence, new, neutral creatures have emerged. The forest is teeming with neutral beasts now. It's almost as if nature herself sought to fill the void left by the crawlers."
Wallace's interest was piqued. "Neutral beasts, you say? What kind of creatures are we talking about here?"
