When the Chick reached level ten, Wallace decided it was time to rest. He could see the exhaustion in its eyes, even though it tried to hide it. "Alright, that's enough for now," Wallace said, patting the Chick gently on its head. "You've done incredibly well. Let's find a place to rest."
They began to make their way out of the forest, Wallace navigating with a sense of purpose. He knew exactly where they needed to go.
This area was known for its lower-level soul beasts, and the sects routinely scoured it to ensure no high-level threats remained.
