Chapter 60 - Attack from all side

The next night happened, as all of team ROWBY was looking down from one of the many warehouse in that of the docks of vail, while it was not fully outside of vale or was still there

Ruby looked at her team as she spoke. "So got the plan".

Oscar then spoke. "Yup".

As he pulled out Crimson Fang, as he was ready to jump in, as the place was full with white fang imposter, as the group was ready to land, Blake was the first person to move, she goes and holds Roman hostages, as he looks for the Faunus in the ground.

Blake looked at them as she spoke. "Don't you see what you are doing, you are running the white fang reputation to the ground, you are running the Faunus reputation to the ground by using the name, think people, think what will the rest of the world think of us".

After hearing her speech a few give paused but most laugh it of, as Roman then spoke. "What reputation".

He then shot his Canine, as then Blake jumped out of the way, as the fake white fang member try to jump her the rest do Team ROWBY jump down, Yang takes done the ones around Blake, as Oscar does the same, as then Weiss makes a few shield and glifs as well, as Ruby looked at Roman.

Roman looked at Ruby as he spoke. "Ah little red we meet again".

Ruby just sticked out her tung. "Will pleasure isn't mine either".

Yang then tryed to punch Roman, as she did but he broke like glass, as then it shows it was an illusion, as there Roman was next to Neo, as Yang looked as she spoke. "Oh, this is not gonna fun".

As then team ROWBY go in a circle, as Ruby spoke. "I will take on Roman, Yang take care of that umbrella girl (Neo), Oscar, Blake and Weiss take care of grunts".

Oscar then got a bad, felling as he insteadky pulled out Infernal Claymore, as he blocked a red lash attack, as everyone was steppes back, as they saw someone walk, it was Adam the moment Blake saw Adam she froze as she went back scared to see, her breath caught in her lungs.

Yang looked at Adam as she looked back at Blake. "Let me gess he is bad news".

Blake looked at Adam as she spoke. "W-what are you doing here".

Adam then looked at Roman. "Taking the fake out".

Oscar then steppes up, as he looked at Adam this was the second time meeting him, but this time it was outside of his white mask self, as he pulled out Crimson Fang now holding both sword. "I will take him on".

As he rushed at Adam, as Adam then blocked his attack with his sword as spark flyes, as they meet eyes too eye.

Adam looked at Oscar with mild interest, his red sword pressing against Oscar's Crimson Fang. "You're not bad," he said, his voice cool and measured. "But you're out of your league, kid."

Oscar smirked. "Funny. That's what people keep telling me." He pushed forward, using his enhanced strength to force Adam back slightly before disengaging and flipping backward to create space.

The rest of Team ROWBY quickly refocused. Ruby darted toward Roman, her scythe clashing with his cane as he smirked. "Ah, feisty as ever, Little Red." Neo twirled her umbrella, locking eyes with Yang before launching forward with a blur of speed.

Blake, however, was frozen in place, her hands trembling as she stared at Adam. Memories of their past flashed through her mind—his promises, his descent into cruelty, the way he used to speak of a Faunus revolution before his words turned to violence.

Yang noticed and gritted her teeth. "Blake, snap out of it!" she yelled as she blocked one of Neo's strikes.

Weiss was already dealing with the grunts, her glyphs creating barriers while she used rapier thrusts to knock out enemies one by one. "We don't have time for this!"

Adam noticed Blake's hesitation and smirked. "Still running, Blake? Some things never change."

Oscar, sensing Blake's inner turmoil, made a split-second decision. He adjusted his stance, using his [Loki's Lie] ability as he spoke. "You're mistaken, Adam. Blake isn't the one running—you are."

Adam narrowed his eyes. "What?"

"You claim to fight for the Faunus, but you hide behind your ideology like a shield. You're no leader—you're a tyrant," Oscar said, his voice filled with conviction.

Adam's grip on his sword tightened. "You don't know anything about me."

Oscar smirked. "Then prove it."

Without warning, Adam lunged forward with a high-speed slash. Oscar barely dodged, feeling the heat of the attack as it sliced through the air. He countered with a shadow-infused strike from his Infernal Claymore, forcing Adam to block and skid backward.

Blake clenched her fists, finally breaking free of her fear. "Oscar…" She looked at Adam, her fear turning into determination. "You're right."

She drew her weapon and stepped beside Oscar. "I'm not running anymore."

Adam's smirk faded slightly. "Then let's see if you've really changed."

As the battle intensified, Team ROWBY fought with everything they had, knowing that this was more than just another mission—it was a fight for their beliefs, their team, and their future.

Oscar then swing's that do His Infernal Cleave, as the he use [Infernal Cleave], The blade glows intensely before releasing a massive wave for fire energy, tearing through the air, Adam actived his semblance quickly moving away, but a part of his clothes was burned of

Adam looked at Oscar as he spoke. "You sis Gun-Sword and Claymores together, one Sword for each arm, time to show you my special ability".

Adam raised his sword, and a crimson glow surrounded it as he activated his Semblance, Moonslice. Energy surged through his blade, absorbing the damage he had taken. His smirk widened as he spoke, "Let's see if you can handle this."

Oscar narrowed his eyes, gripping both of his weapons tighter. His instincts screamed at him to dodge, but he wanted to test something. As Adam swung his sword downward, releasing a massive red energy slash, Oscar activated [Shadow Step]. His body flickered, shifting into the shadows just as the attack passed through where he stood.

Reappearing behind Adam, Oscar wasted no time. He swung Crimson Fang in a horizontal arc while simultaneously bringing down Infernal Claymore with a downward strike, activating [Infernal Cleave] again. Flames erupted from his blade, forcing Adam to pivot mid-air and block. The impact sent him skidding backward, his boots screeching against the ground.

Adam's smirk faltered for the first time. "Not bad," he admitted, adjusting his grip on his sword. "But you're still not strong enough to stop me."

Oscar cracked his neck, his confidence unwavering. "Then let's test that theory."

Blake, finally regaining her composure, leapt into the fray. "You're not fighting him alone, Oscar."

Adam's expression hardened as he saw her stand beside Oscar. His grip on his sword tightened. "So you're really siding with humans now, Blake? Have you completely abandoned your kind?"

Blake's amber eyes burned with determination. "I never abandoned my kind, Adam. I abandoned you."

Adam let out a dark chuckle. "Then let's end this."

With that, he dashed forward, his blade glowing crimson once more. Oscar and Blake met his charge, their weapons clashing against his in a furious storm of sparks and energy. The battle had only just begun.

As Adam's sword clashed against both Oscar's Crimson Fang and Blake's Gambol Shroud, a shockwave rippled through the warehouse. Sparks flew as Oscar twisted his wrist, locking Adam's blade in place while Blake disengaged and leapt back, flipping through the air before firing a shot from her weapon at Adam's shoulder.

Adam smirked, redirecting the force of the attack through his Semblance. The red energy surged into his blade, causing it to glow dangerously. "You never learn, Blake," he taunted before swinging his sword in a wide arc, unleashing a deadly crimson wave at them.

Oscar's eyes flickered as he activated [Shadow Step], phasing through the attack and reappearing behind Adam. He slashed down with Infernal Claymore, flames bursting outward. Adam barely managed to twist around in time, blocking the attack but still getting pushed back. His boots scraped against the metal floor as the force of Oscar's strike sent heat waves through the air.

Blake took the opportunity to rush in, using her shadow clone to fake out Adam. As he slashed through the illusion, she spun mid-air and slashed at his exposed back, drawing blood.

Adam let out a growl, his teeth gritted. "You're really starting to piss me off!" He stomped his foot down, cracking the floor beneath him, and lunged at Blake with terrifying speed.

Before he could reach her, Oscar intercepted, crossing both of his swords in an 'X' formation, locking Adam's weapon in between. "You're the one who's outnumbered here," Oscar said, his golden eyes glowing faintly as he activated [Loki's Lie]. "Are you sure you're as strong as you think?"

Adam's eyes widened for a moment, his grip faltering slightly as doubt crept into his mind. Blake didn't waste the opportunity. She dashed to the side, then swung her ribbon-blade around Adam's sword arm, tightening it and yanking hard.

Adam grunted as he was pulled off balance. Oscar seized the moment, flipping Crimson Fang in his grip and slashing upward in a fiery arc, cutting through Adam's jacket and leaving a deep burn on his chest.

"Damn it!" Adam roared, stumbling back, gripping his wound. His crimson eyes burned with hatred as he looked between Blake and Oscar.

Meanwhile, the rest of Team ROWBY was fending off the remaining White Fang imposters. Yang traded blows with Neo, her gauntlets clashing against Neo's parasol in a rapid series of strikes. Weiss created glyphs to assist Ruby in her fight against Roman, who kept laughing as he dodged her scythe swings.

Adam clenched his fists, his sword shaking in his grip. "You're all weak," he spat. "The White Fang was meant for something greater! You're just children playing hero!"

Oscar twirled his swords, standing firm. "And yet, you're the one bleeding."

Adam's body tensed before he suddenly exhaled and smirked. "Tch. This fight isn't over."

In an instant, he kicked up a smoke bomb, the thick mist filling the area. When it cleared, Adam was gone.

Oscar clicked his tongue in annoyance. "Coward."

Blake let out a shaky breath, her hands trembling slightly before she steeled herself. "No. He'll be back… and we need to be ready."

Yang, Ruby, and Weiss ran up, having finished their own fights. "Well, that was fun," Yang said sarcastically, rolling her shoulders. "So, what now?"

Oscar exhaled, sheathing his weapons. "Now? We regroup, and we plan for when Adam makes his next move."

Blake nodded. "Next time, we finish this."

As the team stood together, the warehouse now silent except for the distant sirens approaching, one thing was clear—this was only the beginning.

Meanwhile with Adam, he was in Allie way as he sighed, as he grunted as he made a mental note to put Oscar on the top his shit list, yes even on over the white mask

Adam leaned against the cold brick wall of the alleyway, clutching the burn on his chest. His breathing was ragged, and his red eyes burned with frustration. He had underestimated them—him.

"Oscar…" he muttered, his grip tightening on his sword. The kid was strong. Too strong. His abilities weren't just raw power; they were unpredictable. The way he used his twin swords, the sheer speed of his attacks, and worst of all, that damned trickery.

Adam grit his teeth. He prided himself on being in control, on knowing his enemies. But Oscar? That bastard was a wildcard.

He's dangerous. He needs to be dealt with.

He pushed himself off the wall, wincing slightly as pain flared up. His clothes were singed, and his pride was wounded even more.

With a growl, he made a mental note:

Oscar was now at the top of his shit list.

Yes, even above the White Fang's traitors.

Even above the white-masked bastard who had stolen everything from him.

This wasn't over. Not by a long shot.
