February 17th, early morning.
After visiting the Hall of Silver and Tin and bidding farewell to Queen Isabel and Aiwass, Edward set out for the Lohar District. He was prepared to take a ship from Lohar Port to Iris Flower.
Aiwass, Lily, and Sherlock rode on Gryphons, carrying their luggage and preparing to fly to the westernmost part of Summer County in Avalon. From there, they planned to board the regular ferry to the Holy Nation.
Of course, it wouldn't be impossible for the Gryphons to carry them directly to their destination. However, that would have been rather impolite—after all, Gryphons were considered one of Avalon's top military units, which was akin to arriving in a military helicopter.
Edward was on a diplomatic mission to Iris Flower, while Aiwass was going to study in the Holy Nation, as well as express gratitude. Considering that Avalon was still in a state of war, it was better for them to keep a low profile when acting in a friendly nation.
