Seeing her like this, the two of them immediately shut up. Xiaobai, perched on the beam, pouted and shook his whiskers before leaping down, landing right on his sister's shoulder where he obediently curled up.
Feng Xuxu looked at Xiaobai, at a loss for words; the little guy was still holding a grudge over the last incident. Dugu Chen had really offended Xiaobai thoroughly this time.
"Are you done talking?" Feng Xuxu lifted her eyebrows as she asked the two sitting on either side of the room.
"There's nothing left to say," Dugu Chen relaxed his grip, finding it hard to bear seeing his treasured one so worn out.
"It's all been said." Unable to bear Dugu Chen's look of deep affection, he simply turned his face away.
