Originally, they had all thought it was a supernatural phenomenon until, later on, after coming into contact with news related to Mutant Warriors, they realized that the mysterious interference stemmed from the [Psychic Crystal].
After they learned of this information, they even went to the site of the incident to check, only to find that unfortunately, the crystal seemed to have already been taken by someone, missing out on a billion-dollar opportunity.
So, when Javell mentioned these phenomena, their thoughts immediately turned to the [Psychic Crystal].
And since this was happening within the Special Affairs Bureau, it made sense that the [Psychic Crystal] would be involved.
