Moonlight shone down, and someone on a distant rooftop was peering through binoculars, closely watching the movements by the poolside.
One person asked, "Master, should we report back to the family?"
The man with the binoculars, dressed in a decent and proper suit, said with a furrowed brow, "Edward's two maids come back and hide here without reporting to the family. Today, two Easterners arrived, and they were so eager to serve them. There must be a problem here."
The person beside him said, "Exactly, the death of Earl Edward must be related to these two servants."
The man in the suit said, "You keep watch here, I'll go back and personally report to the family to send more people over. We will not make a move, but if we do, we need to catch them all in one swoop."
The servant nodded, then resumed surveillance with the binoculars after being seen off.
