Chu Yunxuan returned with glee, handing over two light blue certificates.
They were, respectively, a Level 2 Construction Engineer registration certificate and a Cost Engineer professional qualification certificate.
Wu Jie took them with a skeptical look, examining them carefully.
"These wouldn't be fake certificates from some street stall, would they?"
Chu Yunxuan huffed with pride.
"How could that be? Back at the real estate company, I used these two to earn an extra three thousand a month in hanging fees!"
"Don't you know, all over the country, people take exams for these certificates every year just to get hanging fees?"
Wu Jie tossed the certificates on the coffee table, taking a heavy drag from his cigarette.
