The Faceless Clay Sculpture in the mirror was considered a mere spooky tale by Gao Ming, and ironically, the Gao Ming outside the mirror was also treated as a spooky tale by the Faceless Clay Sculpture. The two spooky tales stared at each other, and no one knew what they were thinking.
The Faceless Clay Sculpture represented the dead gods from the Shadow World. They had once lived by their own rules, and although they seemed like the villains, they actually preferred to follow the rules and obtain benefits within that framework. Gao Ming represented a completely new force, whose goal was to kill Fate and overturn the gaming table. Everything they did now served this purpose.
