Compared to those fearless demons, Melina was even crazier.
Behind Melina, her army raised their magic mirrors in unison and unleashed a torrent of spells that poured down on the devils like a meteor shower.
They were not worried about accidentally harming Melina, for under the protection of that blue luminescence, almost all magic would dissipate the moment it drew near. Only the areas outside the blue light were saturated with magical assaults.
Spellcasters were rare anywhere, and although it seemed like every devil had a rocket technique at hand, as if everyone knew how to cast, the firepower of this hell-born intrinsic magic was quite weak and had unbearably long incantation times, making it almost useless on the battlefield. Any demon could simply charge with their inherent magic resistance and negate the damage from such rocket techniques.
As for more advanced magic, that required talent and effort, and there weren't many devils capable of that level of spell casting.
