Gu Ya looked indifferent.
"No worries, it's so early, no one will come to the shop." Gu Ya still gazed at his little wife while Su Yunjin urged him to check the front of the shop.
"Husband, our shop's business has been good recently, and for all we know, guests might have already arrived early." She nudged Gu Ya with her hand and said, "I'm not a child, I can eat porridge on my own. Husband, you go and watch the shop."
Gu Ya repeatedly told his little wife to eat her porridge well before he finally agreed to leave. Once Gu Ya left for the front, Su Yunjin began to eat the porridge in the back. Actually! Su Yunjin hadn't had much of an appetite, but the red bean and coix seed porridge that Gu Ya brought tasted quite good. She ate it spoonful by spoonful and ended up finishing the bowl of porridge.
Patting her belly with her hand, Su Yunjin felt truly full. It had been days since she felt this comfortable after eating. She hadn't paid much attention to her poor appetite.
