With Second Sister Su Ningxiu here, Su Yunjin made quite a few extra dishes for lunch: hot and sour shredded potatoes, braised eggplant, stir-fried shredded pork with bamboo shoots, egg tofu soup, and an additional stewed fish head soup.
Five dishes and a soup, which was already considered lavish compared to the meals in the village. Of all the dishes, Su Yunjin enjoyed nothing more than the fish head soup.
After drinking two large bowls of fish head soup and eating half a bowl of rice, Su Yunjin was particularly satisfied with her meal. With so many dishes on the table, Su Ningxiu also ate to her heart's content.
For the wine from the store, Su Yunjin planned to have Second Sister Su Ningxiu bring two jars back to their parents when she returned, so they could taste something fresh.
