Even after she got into the taxi, Ning Xia's heart was still pounding furiously. She raised her hand and touched her burning cheeks, unable to contain a snort of laughter.
It was always Bo Siyan who teased her, but the tables had turned; she'd had her day teasing him.
Thinking of Siyan's expression, her eyes and brows curved into a smile.
But, as she laughed, an inexplicable heaviness surged up again.
Leaning tiredly against the back of the seat, she closed her eyes, his words from last night echoing in her ears, "I don't like."
