The night had already begun when the trio arrived at the gates of the Han House. Kizaer said goodbye to the two girls, Joane would spend the night at Ciona's house due to the 'incident' that happened within the Armanci Clan.
Kizaer was walking alone from the Han House to his residence, which was not far from there, just a few minutes' walk and he would soon be home.
As he walked through the streets of the South District, Kizaer noticed the change of passersby, some people were returning from the morning work and others going to work at night. Some other individuals were well-dressed, and everything indicated that they were going to indulge in a night of drinking and debauchery in one of the many brothels in the city.
A well-known fact was that the brothels were mostly one of Barna Nadir's businesses and, therefore, ironically a place without any kind of trouble.
