"Move in, faster! Surround that cursed creature. Don't let it escape once again." A middle-aged hunter, robust and well-armed, led a group of eight men.
This group of hunters had been tasked with putting an end to a plague that had been ravaging the eastern quadrant of the Perennial Forest. A Wild Beast had migrated from one of the deepest regions of the forest in search of easy prey and was devastating the local fauna.
The animal in question, according to the hunters' investigations, seemed close to evolving into a Mutant Beast. For this reason, it was going through the phase known as "voracity," during which Wild Beast who are about to evolve began to consumed other animals recklessly to absorb large quantities of Flux inside the body of its preys.
