Staring with wide eyes, as his heart became gladdened in excitement, Andrew thought. His gaze still, as if the whole world had suddenly come to a pause.
Well… it had been three days since Bernadette,his first stepmother,and Ava, his stepsister , alongside the kingdom's upper echelon who had been summoned for the monster campaign returned. A victorious return that had the whole Kingdom,from nobles to commoners, celebrate merrily at the news of what was archived.
And even more, the merchants who had been having sleepless nights at the thought of their caravan being raided by bandits finally calmed down. As the Kingdom was now in its previous reign of peace.
But that wasn't enough to have made such greedy bastards come together to host a merry drinking feast throughout the kingdom in celebration.
