Night had fallen, and the air was still teeming with warmth, the incessant chirping of cicadas came from outside the window.
Dressed up purposefully, Shen Hanqian was waiting for Qingcang's return.
The ringing of the phone broke the silence, and she quickly picked up her 5S.
"Qianqian!" came the young, tender voice of Little Junjun.
Shen Hanqian immediately smiled. "Have you finished your bath?"
She had called him earlier, and Aunt Rong had said he was taking a bath!
"Yeah, I smell so nice now!" Little Junjun boasted proudly.
"Really? Did you wash your hair properly?"
"Yes!"
"And your ears?"
"Mm, I washed them just like you taught me, and I even used children's soap!" Little Junjun answered obediently.
Qianqian had taught him to wash the outside and inside of his ears first, then clean the inner part, and finally wipe them with a towel!
"That's a good boy, did you wash your neck too? Don't just clean your face, okay?"
"I did, I did!" Little Junjun spoke even quicker!
