Arthur carried on reading the different books in the Library that could have decent benefits but all of them had the same Disclaimer and it scared him.

This must have been a drawback to his S Rank Skill. What he found out about his skill was that the different books in his 'mental library' had different requirements that had to be met before he was able to take them on. The different books also had different difficulties, but all the books he read began with ★★ in difficulty. He knew he would have to read plenty of books before he would find any easy ones.
This put him in a tough situation as he didn't know how to use this skill properly.
'I'll just go pick up Sarah. I need a break.' Arthur thought, putting on his black jacket and walking out of the library.
As he walked down the street, he suddenly felt a sense of danger in his heart, but as quick as it arose, the same feeling had disappeared.
'What was that?' Arthur stopped walking feeling a bad premonition coming. He stopped to scan his surroundings, before carrying on walking.

Arthur stood outside the school gates, tapping his feet against the ground in wait. Then his face brightened as a young girl walked out of the school exit along with her friends. Her hair was a deep navy blue, flowing gracefully and framing her face in a striking and enigmatic cascade, it complemented her radiant smile.
"Brother!!" She ran up to him leaving her friends behind, hugging Arthur tightly.
"You promised to see me more often! Have you forgotten about me already?" she spoke, her voice muffled, as her face was buried into his jacket.
"I missed you too. You know better than anyone, I'm not allowed to see you. If the higher ups even found out I'm seeing you right now, they'd already send assassins for me. Haha. In fact they probably already know how I come and see you once in a while, but they should at least allow this, right?" Arthur chuckled, rubbing her head.
"So what do you want to eat today?" He asked, smiling at her.
"Fine. Let's go, I want banana toffee waffles today!" The 12 Year old girl punched the air as the brother sister duo began walking towards the Dessert shop.
**
"So how's that job of yours? Are you still a librarian?" Sarah asked, her mouth full with waffles.
"Oi, don't talk with your mouth full. Those butlers are really spoiling you huh. Yes, I'm still a proud librarian. You should know your brother is the best librarian out there." Arthur smiled, stealing one of her waffle bites that she left, causing her to shoot daggers at him.
"You always say you don't want anything then steal my food!" Sarah whined, putting up a pout face; she then smiled mischievously pouncing for his milkshake but Arthur was one step ahead of her, moving the milkshake out of her reach.
Arthur chuckled at her pitiful attempt, "There's a reason I'm the elder brother. Hahahaha!"
"That's not fair!" she squealed.
"But seriously, is everything okay?" Sarah asked, genuinely worried about her brother's wellbeing.
"How could I, the legendary Arthur, not be okay? MUHAHAHA!" Arthur said loudly, laughing like a third rate villain. His hand then shot forward with his fork still in hand. He stole another bite from her plate, earning another squeal.
"Hey!!!!"
"Fine, fine that was the last bite I'll steal, I promise." Arthur chuckled. However, his heart suddenly skipped a beat as he felt the hairs on his arm rise. It was that same damned horrible feeling again.
"Brother are you okay? You look pale." Sarah asked, with a questioned look.
"Get down now!" Arthur shouted in a panic, grabbing her.
BOOM!
A powerful explosion erupted outside the shop, down the street.
Sounds of panic and people screaming, shook the peaceful atmosphere into a frenzy. A shockwave rippled, traveling from the epicentre of the explosion, causing the glass windows of the shop to shatter, and all customers present to be sent flying.
Arthur regained his senses moments later, his vision still hazy from the shockwave. Both him and Sarah were on the floor, as well as the other people in the store.
"Sarah, are you okay?" He asked hastily, getting up slowly and shaking her body.
"I'm fine brother, what's going on?" She said slowly, still waking up from the shock.
"We have to run. Something is going on outside. Call the family, to send people to your location-"
BOOM!
Another explosion resounded and more panicked shrieks and screams could be heard outside. Arthur gritted his teeth, feeling the sense of danger in his heart rise again. Was this the bad omen he felt before?
Arthur picked up Sarah and put her on his back. He had the minimum physical stats to be an awakened, so his strength and physique were already slightly above the peak human male physique. He easily began sprinting at full speed with her on his back.
Sarah put her head down, as Arthur ran faster than an Olympic Sprinter.
ROOOAARRRR!
A pitiful sound of a beast shook the Earth causing Arthur's hairs to stand up. It was a dungeon break! But how?! What were those hunters doing?! All that nonsense on the news of their heroics!
'What the h*ll are those hunters doing allowing a dungeon break to occur in the middle of the city?!' Arthur looked back momentarily, cursing as he spotted packs of Wolves and Chimera 4 legged beasts to come out of a large Red Portal.
The Beasts trampled vehicles and attacked the humans, ripping them to shreds.
Arthur gritted his teeth pushing the muscles in his leg to their maximum limit, as he sped past the regular humans. Turning into an alleyway he looked at the walls and an idea flashed in his head.
His muscles contracted as he leapt upwards, ricocheting from wall to wall till he made it to the top of the building block. Regaining his energy for a few seconds, he began jumping from the rooftop of one building to another.
After a good few minutes, Arthur's legs finally gave out as he let Sarah down on a rooftop of an apartment building. He was now 2 miles away from the area where the beasts had attacked from, and Arthur could already see several helicopters circling the area and Hunters dropping from them in order to handle the situation.
His chest heaved up and down, his lungs screaming as he pushed his body past its limits.
['Physique' has increased 10 >>> 11]
"B-Brother. How did you do that?" Sarah was still shocked from the experience. She had also momentarily looked back as the beasts attacked every living thing, then she looked back at her brother's impeccable strength as he carried out feats, which were non-human-like.
"Are you an awakened?" she asked, covering her mouth in shock.
"Something like that." Arthur flashed a smile, getting up from his seated position, stretching his muscles.
He scanned the surrounding swearing suddenly; he ducked his head in haste, looking down at the street below.
"Brother what's wrong?" Sarah, who was still huddled up in a corner whispered, looking at her brother's grave look. Her hair was disheveled and her school uniform had been ruined in certain areas.
"You sent them a text right? Good. Now I want you to stay here, don't make a noise. One of those chimera beasts followed us here, it must be a stray that separated from the pack. I will lead it away okay." He whispered back, smiling wryly, to ease her worries.
"No brother, please don't go!" Sarah gripped his sleeve, tears bubbling in her eyes, threatening to burst any moment.
"That thing can smell us, it's coming this way. I need to take this thing back to where the Hunters are. I'll be okay, I promise." Arthur reassured his sister, ruffling her hair, before leaping away to another building.
"Come get me you! What the h*ll is even that?" Arthur looked at the beast and struggled to figure out what it was, it had the body of a lion, wings of a bat and a scorpion tail.
'This was a mistake. RUUNNNN!' Arthur's eyes widened as the beast that was enjoying its human feast, slowly showed its bloodshot eyes towards him. With a few bats of its wings it had already taken into the air.
It flew straight towards Arthur, narrowly missing his head with its claws. It roared in frustration as Arthur leapt to another building dropping down into an alleyway. His body had already been pushed to the limit, so his capabilities were subpar.
'This is bad! What was I thinking?! I'm not some main character!' Arthur's senses were tingling, as he turned back to run the other way; however, the Chimera beast predicted its prey's movements and had finally dropped down in front of Arthur.
"Good heavens, you're a large cat! What did your owner feed you?" Arthur remarked, thinking of ways to escape his current predicament.
Just as he was about to exit the alleyway a sharp thrust caused Arthur to fly forward, crashing into a car.
The Beast roared in triumph, licking the blood of its scorpion tail.
Arthur's consciousness flickered, as he looked down at the gaping hole in his chest.
In the end, he was going to die as a petty weak librarian.
Regretful thoughts filled his mind, as he regretted not using his S rank skill before to get stronger. At least he kept Sarah safe and alive…
'I just hope she's safe. I managed to lure it away from her at least.' Arthur coughed out blood and closed his eyes.
He could feel the Beast getting closer to his half dead body.
Was this the end?
