Han Lei was staring at Ye Fan with a smile that never faded, never saying a word, just watching. Being stared at by a beauty was nice, but after several minutes, it started to feel uncomfortable. "When did I ever lie?" Ye Fan retorted.
"So, do you consider yourself an eloquent speaker? Every time you confront those criminals, just a few words from you can convince them to confess? To persuade them to mend their ways and repent?" Han Lei challenged. As a police officer with some experience, Han Lei had dealt with many cases. Most criminals refused to admit to their crimes, even when faced with ample evidence; they remained defiant.
