Without anyone's consent, Director Chen picked up Ellor's glass of wine and said to the crowd, "We'll be colleagues from now on, so let's get to know each other today. I'll drink to that first." As he was about to drink, Ellor pressed down on his wrist.
Director Chen looked at Ellor in surprise and asked, "President Ellor, what does this mean? Aren't you even going to allow a drink? Don't forget, I'm an investor in your company—so in a way, we're colleagues already."
With a smile on her face, Ellor replied, "Director Chen, this is my glass, and I've already drunk from it. You should use another one." She didn't show any disgust on the surface, but inside, Ellor felt nauseated. This was deliberate on Director Chen's part; the glass was right in front of Ellor, it was obvious that it was hers, yet he had still insisted on using it.
