Betty felt that everything at Imon Restaurant was great—the salary was high, the work relatively easy, and Chen Ze didn't use any harsh "715" measures to oppress his employees. However, the only downside was that she often became the test subject for the manager's taste-testing. Every time this happened, she felt an overwhelming urge to quit, wracked by pain and misery.
Though there were also some very delicious dishes, it seemed that the ones Chen Ze brought out for her to taste-test were rarely among them.
"I don't, I refuse, I won't eat it!" Betty decisively fired off three refusals in a row, lacking any desire to eat the gooey substance she was being presented with.
"It's really tasty, trust me," Chen Ze said, though his expression... really didn't give Betty the courage to believe him.
