Chen Ze yawned, Lafra was inscribing a permanent Magic Circle on Nina, but it was obviously not an easy task.
"Honey, if you're sleepy, do you want to go sleep for a bit?" Lafra asked while continuing to inscribe the Magic Circle.
Chen Ze shook his head, then rubbed Er Gouzi's head; he and Lafra had discussed it, and it was certain that Er Gouzi would go with Nina.
After all, with Nina being such a child, if she went out alone, Chen Ze would not feel at ease, even with Lafra's Magic Circle for protection; he still wanted to be extra cautious.
"I want to eat something~" Lafra looked at Chen Ze, pouting her lips.
"Then I'll go downstairs and make you something to eat." Chen Ze suddenly perked up, discovering a problem—that if he just sat in the chair watching Lafra inscribe the Magic Circle, he would easily fall asleep.
So whenever Chen Ze felt sleepy, he would choose to find something to do to wake himself up; otherwise, he would just get sleepier.
