If we're talking about magic cuisine, then Chen Ze's first thought is molecular gastronomy, using various high-tech methods to make different dishes taste magically different, like a dish that looks like an egg but tastes like mango. However, Chen Ze doesn't consider such dishes truly magical cuisine—they're more like high-tech cooking.
In Chen Ze's heart, he remembers when he was little and watched TV, especially "China's Little Head Chef," he was dumbfounded by the incredible dishes shown, and there was one crisped rice dish that he always coveted, feeling it was like a magical trick.
Although he grew up thinking that the idea of cooking that glows was highly questionable—I mean, if you didn't know better, you might think they added a bunch of luminous agents to it.
But now Chen Ze has a very magical restaurant, and he's even met Liu Maoxing, even learning to make Magical Mapo Tofu, so Chen Ze thinks he should try his hand at that magical glowing dish.
