Chen Ze withdrew his gaze, realizing that no matter what, it was extremely impolite to keep staring at someone's face.
So Chen Ze asked once more, "Customer, would you like to eat something?"
"..." A very faint voice responded, causing Chen Ze to frown. He then moved a little closer, but the other person seemed terrified and instinctively stepped back as Chen Ze approached.
"Sorry, I can't hear you, could you speak up a bit?" Chen Ze spread his hands, indicating he meant no harm.
"..." The voice was still incredibly faint, and Chen Ze's mouth twitched in frustration. What was he to do?
After a moment of hesitation, Chen Ze went upstairs to fetch some paper and a pen, then came back down and handed them to Yui Natsukawa.
Yui Natsukawa took the pen and wrote quickly before handing it back to Chen Ze.
As soon as Chen Ze reached for it, Yui Natsukawa recoiled, looking at Chen Ze with fear.
