Adjustment, this concept is somewhat related to abundance, but not directly connected like cultivation or withering. Deities in the universe that possess or resemble this divine authority... are practically dime a dozen!
First and foremost are the Gods of Dreams, who can make people dream specific dreams for a fee simply because they can adjust the content and triggering conditions of dreams.
However, the concepts that different deities can adjust vary, and the deity's own state, as well as their divinity, greatly affect the outcome of the adjustments. The Natural God adjusts with the greatest ease since they exist alongside the universe. The Phenomenon God follows suit.
As for the Armored God, it all depends on how much legacy the "armor" of this God has left behind.
And for the Creator God, the authority they can adjust is the highest!
